My BLW has short wings

Good morning/afternoon! I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not this is a genetic trait or if my chickie is just a little stunted. I can't get a really good picture for y'all right now, but let me describe it for you:
I got these three Wyandotte pullets and they were in pretty rough shape. The dark one was particularly beat up, the majority of her feathers were pecked to bits and her tail feathers were all folded and thin. She started sneezing the day I brought her home and it took her a week and a half to get over congestion and sneezing, and wheezing, but she is now a month a half into being with me and seems fine. However, as she has been growing, I noticed her wings are starting to look small. They're smaller than her gray/blue chick friend who is at least a couple weeks younger than her.

Given that they weren't well cared for by their previous holder, is it possible she suffered from stunted growth? Or is she just a small winged girl because she's built that way? They were 9-10 weeks old when I got them.

It's not really an issue, I just noticed it because none of my other chickens have small wings like this, and I have two other BLWs.

Feathers probably grew back differently from the trauma I can’t tell if her whole body is growth stunted but trauma can do that and her babies should be normal

If you spread her wing open, is the wing itself (bones and muscles) smaller than on other chickens, or are the feathers just smaller? Or have the feathers been cut short to prevent her flying over fences?

If the difference is just in the feathers, check them again after she molts in the fall. Cut feathers will be replaced by normal feathers. Short or stunted feathers might be replaced by matching short or stunted feathers, or they might be replaced by normal feathers now that she is living in good conditions.

If the difference is in the bones & muscles, then I don't know if it is genetic or was caused by poor conditions, but it will probably not change now that she's grown up.

Looking at the photo, I suspect the difference is all in the feathers, but I can't be sure.

Okay, I will just keep an eye on her. I think she has started to molt, but even before she started, her wings looked small. It's just more pronounced now since she has grown a lot. Well, either way, she's safe and happy now! Still very skiddish though. I don't think she got clipped because the other two didn't.

Also, I haven't spread her wings open yet because she is so opposed to me getting near her, and I don't want to stress her out unnecessarily considering what she has been through already.

I will add, she gets antsy with Maple (the orange one) a couple times a day and they both run around flapping their wings, and you can really see how small her wings are when she does that compared to Maple.
