My BO rooster has started biting me Help!!

When my sweet BO rooster turned 19weeks old he started bitibg me, will this behavior stop when his hormones settle?

Only if you convince him that you are dominant. It is more likely that the behavior will escalate to flogging. Someone will show up with links to rooster behavior modification. Good luck with him.

If he runs at you, walk slowly but take large steps toward him. Bring a stick in the run with you, and tap him when he comes after you, spread your arms if you don't have room to walk at him(technically you can do both, but unless he isn't moving I don't, because it is a fighting stance.) See if his behaviour improves. I had enough with my leghorn after he backed me into a rock, and I tripped and rolled down a hill into a puddle, a reminder I'm in charge, and he can't do that lol.

I've grabbed hi. By the beak, picked hi. Up and carried him around...He wi run up beside me get between my legs so I have to stop then start pecking my feet and legs. I wear knee high boots when I go out there. He will also jump up in my lap, let me pet him then after awhile bite my hand. Ugh I just love him and want him to stop

@Beekissed and @Shadrach , and others, have good articles about roosters and their behavior, and how to manage them.
Your bird has no respect for you or your personal space, and this needs to be fixed. He's pushing you around, never a good thing, and it will escalate as he gets more mature.
