My Brahma's earlobe

Hey,
My babies are 22 weeks old now. I went to put my them up last night and I noticed one of my Brahma's earlobe is puffy and discolored. Every morning and night I spend extra time with them to check them over and just love on them.
I have noticed that they peck at each other when they get on the roost which I know is normal. I have 2 rooster's and one goes after the girls quite a bit. I picked her up to take these pictures and I saw it looked like either some feathers were pecked away or some were growing in. Either way it doesn't look good.
Should I be worried? Should I put something on it or leave it alone?

It looks like she has a minor cut on her earlobe that may be infected. Maybe try using hen healer if you have any?

Its an ointment that is supposed to help heal minor wounds. I'll get you a pic.

Its handy to have around.

I don't have any hen healer. What is it?

You can use a triple antibiotic like Neosporin ointment also. just make sure it's not the pain reliving kind.
