my breeding flock

this is mostly like an online journal for me to keep track of what ive done. people can share what they have or tips and experiences

so i started with laying hens. i then got 5 seramas over the years ive bred and gotten more i recently got frizzled seramas and today i got silkied seramas. im also starting a silkie breeding pen
in my laying flock i also have a few serama boys because i had extra and i wanted to keep them but there not good enough for breeding.

smooth flock-
duckwing hen
buff laced hen
looks sorta like an brown double laced
black hen
black mottled hen
orange with brown hackle streaks
orange male-main breeder
frizzled male
frizzled female

frizzled flock-
i have 4 but 2 are in the smooths pen for now. im looking for 2 more frizzled hens
1 black/multi colored roo
1 multi colored hen
1 orange multi colored male (in smooth pen)
1 white hen ( in smooth pen)

silkied flock-
these carry a silkied gene but there smooth so there babies will have a 50% chance of silkied or smooth. there not laying yet but will soon

im getting 2 blues from a lady once there old enough to go

silkie flock-
1 black hen
currently only have one im getting more stilln lookin for some. shes currently in the silkied serama pen because she is to big for them to breed with and she would be lonely.

So I got 2 more silkies a buff female and a black Male. I have roughly 40 serama eggs smooth and like 7 frizzle. Should hatch the 18th
In a few days I'll be putting more serama eggs smooth and frizzle in the bator as well as silkie eggs.

All the serama eggs under the hens outside are due in 6 days. Theres roughly 35 and roughly 7 are frizzled
