ooo nice! I want to build something right now but the temp was zero this morning!! I took the birds some hot water out as soon as they started waking up!

We moved the first crew in yesterday! A group of six week old light Sussex, two roos, three hens. I added a ceramic heat bulb so I hope they stayed toasty warm last night. I haven't been down to check yet. Yesterday they found out how to fall down the ladder to get to the first floor but they haven't managed to figure out how to get back up.
