My Breeding Project - Help

Howdy Everyone!
I am currently in my first generation of my project.
My little Mottled Houdan/Salmon Faverolles mixes.
Can someone help me with the color predictions? Below is Bebop, my first mix chick. Who looks neither like the hen (houdan) or the roo (faverolles)

Do you have goals with your project or are you just seeing what they will turn out like? I have allowed all my breeds to mix and now have a coop with 30 unique chickens. Many looked very different in fuzz than they do after feathering out.

Creating a new color or breed would probably be an end goal, but I may try to mix different egg colors too.
