My broody cracked it and sat on it crushing it but it is prematurely late because I should of hatched on the 28 but it’s now the 2 what can I do

How big is the yolk sac ? The big worry is it rupturing
If it’s just a small one I place baby on a dry paper towel and in a little bowl so they can’t move around
If it’s a large one I like to prop them back in the egg but with the egg being crushed you may not be able to do this
I would then wrap a dry paper towel around baby leaving out the head
Place in a bowl or small cup
We don’t want the yolk sac to dry out or rupture
Keep humidity up
If you can take a picture that would help

pretty good it still has the sac attached, but im letting it rest so it can heal up, it has alot of movement so i just hop it will be ok.
Looks like there isn’t much left
That gunk at the end is the cord
You can cut about 1 inch from baby button
I would hold it just in case it bleeds some do a little otters font
Just put pressure on it
Once it dries up it will just fall off
That’s great news baby has movement :)
Beautiful little one

She can now open her eyes and keep her he’s up for a little bit but it is wobbly. And she has dried off but she is doing better than before

Often with a hard hatch it takes a little longer to get mobile
Some use a bit of sugar in the water
I don’t know how much as I haven’t had to do that yet
You can hold a little container and try to give baby some water
If she isn’t up running on her own yet I wouldn’t leave the water in with her in case she falls in
