my broody hen is MIA without her chicks!!!!!!!!!!!!

just wondering

my splash orpington was MIA and than appeared with 10 chicks..... they are now about 4 weeks old
this morning she was there and now ..... GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am wondering if she is MIA with another clutch or if I should scout more for the "scene of the crime"
she left her chicks wandering

she had 10, seems to only be 9 there now....

will a broody hen leave her older chicks this soon?
