My broody hen keeps coming off her eggs!

One of my pekin bantams Daisy showed signs of bloodiness so we gave her her own hutch to hatch some duck eggs! We were really excited but she's only been on them for three days and she already seems to be losing interest. She comes off the next for about ten times a day and I'm worried that the eggs will be useless is this behaviour normal or should we just give up?

Sounds like she lost interest. You could always make an incubator and try and hatch yourself or hold them in the incubator and hope she goes broody again.
