Well. Lets see, Your gonna need a seperate pen for when the chicks hatch & Some starter feed (medicated), The hen will get down off the nest on her own to eat/drink etc. The mom AND the chicks can eat the starter, even if it is medicated. Thats really all you gotta do
mom will take care of the chicks and keep them warm.
