my broody turkey isnt leaving her nest for anything is this normal?

my broody turkey hen wont leave her nest not even to potty i make sure she eats/drinks and ive removed her soiled bedding and today i urged her off the nest to see how she walked so i could tell if she looked sickly but she just made a u-turn and resettled on her eggs is she just realy devoted or is something wrong? she did look a bit stiff but heck shes been sitting for a week, should i kick her off her nest at least once a day?

leave her there if u want more turkeys! and that would be kinda mean to make her get off the nest because she might stop incubating and you should leave her there for at least 14 more days if not 17 days

Some turkeys really get into this whole mothering thing. Make sure she has some food and water close by so she doesn't lose too much weight while she's sitting this nest and she'll be fine.

but what about her poopy butt? its real yucky and i worry about her skin

Most of my turks stick to their eggs like glue, & are awful dirty by the time they hatch, but when the little ones arrive,she'll get off the nest in about 3 days & then will clean herself up. Don't panic, just "go with the flow".
