she is a 6mo buff she has been fine all day. went to school to get kids and came back she was by building just laying there. they freerange and the other ducks r just fine

we have a bowl of water here and she is dipping her beak in it. it was burning up

Did you check her for any obvious wounds in the leg area? If she was outside, she might have had an encounter with a predator.

I'm glad she is drinking, that is a good sign.

Is she trying to lay an egg? Or is she broody?
