My buff orpington has a leg issue

My buff orpington is limping around the coop. I washed off her feet and I couldn't find anything wrong with either foot, but she is still limping. I thought it might be a hurt hip, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Sometimes they can hurt themselves if they jump off the roost and land wrong...she could've sprained something. See if you can separate her and put some aspirin, not Tylenol, in her water.
