I pre ordered our 6 Buff Orps. back in march at our local feed and seed store and they came in just a few days ago. Just thought i would show some pics.

They seem to be very healthy, besides a couple of cases of the pasty butt.
How long should i wait before i put them on regular pine shavings? We've had them for two days now. And also feeding them chick starter (non-medicated).

Congrats on the babies! I've got a BO chick (1 month old & nearly fully-feathered) and she's very, very sweet. She sqwaks up a storm when we pick her up but doens't struggle... just complains. :lol

You could put your babies on shavings now. They'll be fine.
