My button quail arnt hatching :-(

I dont know what im doing wrong? They are on day 16 today...could they all be dead? how long should i leave them before taking them out?

I don't know anything about quail. How many days do they typically take to hatch?

The last time I hatched buttons, they started hatching on day 17 so just be patient
