my california comet hen is sick please help

My california comet hen :lucy, is sick she wont eat, and she only drinks if i bring the water to her face and she cant hold her head up or stand, she is currently inside in my lap. Please help im not sure what to do and i love her with all my heart!

And im not sure if its supposed to be there but theres a hard bone like thing sticking out all on her chest and she has green diarrhea

Does she have any swelling in her belly/abdomen area? Unfortunately, when they stop eating, lose weight to the point of being bony, and refuse to move they are probably near the end of their life. Sadly, because they were bred to be prolific layers, hybrid high-production birds like Comets don't often live long due to early reproductive problems.
