My call duck hen is eating her eggs

Any info as to why she's does this.
She made a nest laid 2 eggs I checked her out the next day and turns out she ate 1 ????

It's possible she just accidentally broke the egg. They will eat the remnants to clean up the nest when that happens. If she continues to do this it's a bad behavior that you would need to try to break. Sometimes offering some extra protein, putting fake eggs in the nest so that she doesn't get the satisfaction of breaking an egg will sometimes stop the behavior if you catch it early as well.
