my cayuga hen thinks shes a drake!

okay so she is not responding to my drake at all and runs from him when he trys to get on her. then will try to get on my runner hen and mate with her! im 99% sure she is a she. my drake dosent try to mate with my other drake. she quacks up a storm and is droping like she is getting ready to lay.
any ideas?
