My chick has a Popped unabsorbed yolk sack

I have a chick that just hatched out this morning and I noticed some blood in the incinerator.I never had that before so I assumed something wrong was. A few hours later after I fell asleep I noticed it was still alive and I figured it was good news. Thays when I noticed the egg sac. I noticed it’s popped and have no idea what to do. Itll try to get up every now and then but then fall back do. Any advice on what to do here?

What I do is pop the head off. It's instant, & painless. A tiny bit messy though.

Whatever kills it faster. This is so sad, definitely not what I wanred to see on a school day.
