my chick has something hanging out of her

my chick was born last night. she was abandoned by her mother and was alone alone chirping stuck in her shell. the person who found her last night gave her to me. she had something hanging from her that i now know was her yolk sac. i didn't know what it was and it was all dried up and barley attached so i snipped it off which i know i absolutely ships t have done. but now as you can see in the photo she has stuff hanging from her, i'm not sure if it's an open naval or her intestines. i have just been leaving her alone under her heat lamp i have no idea what to do to save her. she is very week and not chirping and i'm very worried. please give me any suggestions.
