Hi I'm nursing my bird with wry neck right now and I'd be happy to help you. If you have any questions feel free to send me a private message and I'll help the best I can. Here is what I'm doing for my bird. I'm giving vitaminE capsules and selenium.you need the selenium for the bird to process and absorb the vitamin E then I'm giving liquid children's vitamins polyvisol without iron
Then I'm giving vitamin B. Now most people stop here but I'm following Alan Stanford's treatment for Wry neck and that also calls for predinsone for brain swelling so I'm giving predinsone too

Wry neck can be slow healing so don't get discouraged. Your not alone. Have patience and I'm sure your bird will be just fine

Also I forgot to say your bird will likely need help eating and drinking
I usually just put the bowl in front of my birrd and hold it there and straighten the neck and she will eat and drink. Your bird might fall asleep during feeding you just wake her back up and she should continue to eat. This takes patience. Can your bird lift her head at all?
