my chick is attached to the yoke!

not sure what to do if she will be ok? do you have to cut it like an umbilical cord or let it fall off on its own?

I'm pretty new at this, but I don't think you should cut it. It should dry up on its own. Good luck!

Just keep an eye on it. The other chicks may peck at the exposed piece. I had one just last week and it eventually dried up and the chick is fine now. Good luck!
