My chick is bald?

Ok my barred rock pullet cross seems to be lacking feathers. Her sisters are already sprouting feathers like crazy. So I was wondering why she is bald? She feather quills on her back. How long will it be before she grows them?

I have seen chicks at that age go through a phase like that where the backs are bald...they did get their feathers in around 6 weeks like the other ones to be fully feathered.
