My chick is breathing heavy

I have 7 baby chicks and one of them is breathing really heavy they are 3 days old. Should i b concerned?

I have no idea but I noticed my silkies do it from time to time. One or both cant keep track of them does weird neck/head/chest throws also. One was breathing hard while laying down scratching ground with one claw I think it was bored/dusting? I almost video taped it to post and ask what was up but I opened cage and it moved and acted fine before I even got hand in cage to check it. I thought it was on it's death bed the way it was acting.

Yeah it seems to be perfectly healthy now

I had to put mine down had some sort of crop problem and couldn't get it fixed. Down to eleven chicks now.
