well my eggs are supposed to hatch today.... just a little while ago I went to check and see if any had begun pipping. No signs, but I did hear on inside the egg. Is this a problem or is this just sometimes part of the process?

Peeping lets you know they are coming!
Hardest part of hatching, not to open, and not to help!
you would be amazed how much of the yolk is absorbed during the pip to zip process!
HANDS OF THE BATOR!!

I remeber when I heard the first chirp inside one of my eggs, I thought it was my imagination and by morning he had zipped, he only lived for like 1-2 months though, I hate raccoons.

Hey, Dunlap, welcome to BYC, from the other side of Spencer. What kind of eggs do you have in the incubator?
