My chick is choking. What to do?

Aw, honey, I'm so sorry. Chicks are very small and fragile and their organs can be easily damaged -- if that's what happened -- but it's best not to handle them at all until they are much bigger, and always carefully. I had a little one die a few years ago and I know how it feels. :hugs

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I know it's especially hard when you feel like actions taken might have contributed. I think one way or another this happens to us all. In my case it's been not taking action out of fear of doing something wrong or adding to their stress. It can be a fine line between too little and too much. But every time we mess up, we can learn from it and encourage others not to make the same mistakes :hugs
