my chick is egg bound

weve looked at the simptoms and figured that our white hen is probably egg boud so we put her butt in some warm water what else can we do to ease her obvious pain?
right now were putting heat on it and massaging her sides what else can i do for her please help me out!

1) shes an americana hen 18 or 19 weeks old
2) shes been showing signs like shes going to nest for the last frew days and today she couldnt walk wont eat much and keeps flexing her buttocks
3) she has had a steam bath and is having a second she seems to like it shes sticking her vent in the water we also put a wet towel with a heating pack underneath
thats about all i have please were really scared please help us were going to a vet tomorrow probably
