If you REALLY have to get in there and help, which I am sure I will be chastized for telling you how to do this....
Take a warm moist paper towel, and keep it near the egg.
DO NOT block his beak, or he will drown or suffocate.
You can try to add a little moisture to the membrane, but if you aren't sure of what you are doing, there is more of a risk of killing the chick than if you left him alone.
Especially Seramas, they are so tiny to begin with.
If you get desperate, you can chip away a little piece of the shell, but if you see ANY BLOOD AT ALL, STOP IMMEDIATELY.
He isn't ready for help yet.
Or you can take a cotton swab moistened with warm water, and just dab on the openings, be careful not to drown him.
