My chick is not having eyes. I help

Sorry about your chick, you'll want to post in the Emergencies forum about it https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/10/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures If it is an older chick that can't open its eyes or has something wrong/injured, give as much information as you can, was the chick OK yesterday, are the others OK etc, pictures might help people figure out what is going on.
If it is a just hatched chick, it happens sometimes that they have small or missing eyes, could be just chance, genetic, or something with the diet or environment, there is a list of causes on this website ie http://beautyofbirds.com/chickdeformiities.html There is usually nothing you can do to fix the eyes, some of the chicks can live if you give them special care, here is a thread where people talk about keeping blind birds etc https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/520492/newly-hatched-chick-no-eyes-update-1-31-12-she-layed/220

I am so sorry about your chick. If this chick is completely blind, you may need to put her down. Some people have kept these birds alive, but with a lot of supportive care. You can use a water fountain that makes a lot of noise so the chick can find the water and you can leave food all around this area so the chick can aimlessly peck at the ground to find feed. Other than this, there isn't much you can do for a blind bird.

It is possible for chicks to survive being blind. I raised a blind chick once. If you want further advice, feel free to PM me.

Do you mean your hen pecked out it's eyes? You mentioned you went to see what she was doing. If so, I would take any other chicks away from her and not let her set on anymore eggs.
