My Chick is Stuck!!! Help!

I had a staggerd hatch and all was well until my little guy got stuck, he has been pipped for over 24 hours and has his little beak sticking out, but he can't, or won't get out and I'm not sure what to do!?!?! What do I do, let him be or help him out?!

p.s. Humidity is good and has been, I live in Guam and it's 65-100% humidity outside and around 60-70% inside on a daily basis, temp is good steady around 99.7... Istill added water to his incubator day 18, but I'm at a loss of what to do

I would leave it alone. I had one that was pipped over 24 hours and I thought was in trouble. I helped it out and it wasn't ready, yolk wasn't even absorbed yet, it died.......

eta- I would only help if it was gasping
