My chick is throwing up clear fluid and is very inactive. It's not eating properly and always sleeping. It even excretes clear fluid.I did everything I know ... I fed him egg yolk.. sugar water .. massaged it's crop... I don't know what else to do..

Yes I have separated it and wrapped it with a soft cloth.
Alright, it may be a few hours before one of them log on. Hopefully someone else who knows what this could be helps you out, but otherwise you may just need to hang on for a few more hours.

How old is she?

What does her crop feel like?

Throwing up clear fluid sounds like the crop and/or gizzard may be impacted. Sometimes chicks will eat bedding.
I would give a bit of hardened coconut oil, carefully massage the crop and see if you can break up what's in there. Keep her hydrated.

Let us know how she's doing.

One month old chick.
Yesterday her crop had some bigger molecules. I massaged her. Today her crop was good but still she is inactive and clear fluid is secreting in her beak.

Try to keep it drinking some electrolyte water or Poultry NutriDrench along with giving the coconut oil. My chickens will eagerly pick at solid coconut oil chips.
She isn't eating or drinking water properly. So I had to feed her water through syringe. I will try poultry nutridrench with coconut oil.
