My chick isnt doing well

I have an 11 day old chick. Her name is mango, and she did have constipation that we cleared up. She is still chirping loudly, she's unsteady, and doesn't really open her eyes. She also won't drink. Help please.

Is she the only chick?I'm far from experienced but from my research, I've read to never just get 1 chick because they wont thrive.

I have 5 other chicks from the same clutch, all the others are fine even the youngest
