My Chick Still Scratching Furiously

My 5 day old chick is still periodically scratching it's head furiously and peeping frantically. I thought this was resolved last night.
I began antibiotics this morning and vitamins. I hope it isn't lead poisoning from those marbles.

probably dehydration. You can be dehydrated and drinking water. Electrolyts are a must along with water to start the rehydration.
