My chick walks like pingue

Hi
I have a 2 months year old chicken without any kind of disease and the chicken has not been sick.her appetite is pretty well and very active.about 10 days ago she suddenly change the style of walking . I had and appointment with vet but he said the reason is for lack of some vitamin
During this period of time l add vitamin to her water but still she is walking like a pingue.in her physical exam the chicken doesn’t feel any pain and now she is still very active and interested in eating
I wish I could do something to get it back to normal
I really need help
I would be great full if any one has an idea

What are you feeding? With the lack of feathers it may need more protein in its diet.
