my chick wont stop chirping and wont stay still for a second.

my two day old chick wont stop chirping and wont stay still. what do i do is there something wrong?please help

! Great to have you with us! What breed is it? Are there other chicks in there for company. If it is eating and drinking and pooping I would would just ride it out.

Is it warm enough? If it is an only chick, provide a mirror for company.

Give it a small stuffed toy it can cuddle up with. If you don't have any other chickens, it would really be best to get a buddy for him about the same age/size. Chickens are flock animals and do much better than solo.

Well chicks do chirp/peep most of the time when they are awake, but it is a soft peeping. If it is a loud, urgent sounding chirping then I would suspect it's looking for one or more of three things that all babies need: warmth, food, companionship. So, make sure it knows where it's food/water is, make sure it's brooder is the proper temp., and if it's an only chick maybe consider a couple friends for it.
