They are beautiful! Is your little mottled Cochin a rooster? I think I have a mottled Cochin rooster too ... about six weeks old now.. but he sure looks mostly black... so I don’t know..

well she's more of a super passive rooster I guess lol like sometimes now that my big roo is gone she'll try to do that thing that roosters do when they pretend that they have food but it's just to get all the ladies in one place. She'll try to do that to me too lol and yea I think that the mottled Cochins do start out mostly black.
