My chicken can stand but not walk

A few weeks ago I found my hen sitting a lot. When I approached her, she couldn't get up. She laid down down for about a week. Now she is standing but can't walk and her balance is terrible. If you barely touch her, she almost falls over.
However, her appetite is fine. She is eating and drinking well and her color is good. I checked her feet and they look good too.
Any ideas as to what can be wrong with her? I've been trying to give her time to get better but I don't know what else to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How old is she?
If she is old enough, does she lay any eggs?
What is her poo like?
Was she vaccinated for Marek's?

Can you post some photos or a video of the position sits/lays down in and how she is standing?

Her poo is a little loose and she hasn't been laying eggs for awhile. She is about 1 1/2 years old and she was vaccinated for Mareks.

How does her abdomen feel - hard, soft, squishy, fluid filled?

It's possible she could have an internal laying disorder like Peritonitis?

After looking at what you sent, I'm leaning toward peritonitis. This is so unfortunate. She such a sweet girl.
