Good job, I can only wish I could have three coops like we had when I was a kid.

one was 30X15 and the other two were 8 X 12 and 10 X 15.

my DH is in the process of building me cabinets out of the old fence boards , very rustic lookin for sure.

Thanks. I was fortunate to have so much of the material on hand however I'm going to be building another coop for my Barred Rocks and Buff Orpingtons and I'm out of most of the lumber so I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get everything from Lowes this time. Planning to make a duplex so I can keep the breeds separated.

Love your coop--what a great idea, to make useable shutters.
Regarding paint--isn't there a technique that paints the wood but makes it looks like it's aged? I would like that effect--for what's it's worth.
