My chicken coop on wheels

We have 8 chicks....as they have gotten bigger, we need to move the coop at least every couple of weeks. I have recently talked my hubby into making a bigger run so that we won't have to move it as often and so they have more room to run around in.
As soon as we come up with the lumber to do it, that's the plan.
I will post pics when that is done if you'd like

Hey CC-Chicken:

I have 8 twenty-three week olds.

I have a 5 x 10 Tractor/Ark, with an attached 12 x 14 Gazebo, and I move every 3 days. These girls can really mow grass in a hurry!

I also let them out to free range a couple of hours a day, and supplement their grass intake with a tray (2 sq ft.) of wheat grass, which only lasts for about 2 hours.

They also eat a half gallon of 20% protein feed and 2 gallons of water daily.

I can't imagine what they will eat when they start laying!
