I have several questions for you:
How old is she?
How long have you had her?
Have you added any chickens to your flock lately?
What color is her poop?
How long has she been like this?
Any others in your flock showing symptoms?

Also, I just saw this is in the General Breed Discussion, it would probably get more responses in the Emergencies thread.

I know moderators can move it for you.

What vitamins exactly? What form are the vitamins (powder, liquid, capsule? What is the dosage you are giving? Are you dosing orally via needle less syringe, body injection, over food, diluted in water?
