She somehow found her way into my yard. My dog was barking at her.

How old do you think she may be?

This is exactly how I got my two girls. I call them my accidental chickens. I went out to hang up clothes and they had taken up residence in my husbands workshop. He made a coop and enclosure for them the very next weekend. Now they are safe and better fed than my child. They seem to enjoy their enclosure as my compost pile is in it and they find bugs all day long. I have embraced my accidental chickens......I hope you have as much fun with yours.

Ok, she isn't very old right now, only about a month and a half is my guess. What kind of coop do you have? What are you feeding her?
She is very pretty!
