My chicken got sick so fast!

Could anyone tell me what could be wrong with this chicken? She is one of my "Wild" Chickens who refuse to stay in a coop no matter how long I pen them up for.
1) What type of bird , age and weight A production Red, 2 years 6 pounds.... Maybe
2) What is the behavior, exactly. See Video
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? A day
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms? Not that I have seen
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. No
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. Came home from work and she was like this.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.Normal
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? None
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet? Treat my self

I recommend that you purchase Safeguard liquid goat wormer. Use a syringe without a needle and dose her orally undiluted 1.5cc's for 5 days in a row. Dose her early in the morning before feeding each day.
