My Chicken has a prolapse and I don’t know what to do!

I went outside to fine her vent stinking out and it looks a little bloody and I watched a video on what to do and it said to soak her in a bath and clean it off and gentaly push it in with a cloth and then once it’s in you insert your finger into her vent. The chicken in the videos didn’t look bloody so I don’t know what I should do, PLEASE help
