My chicken has a weird crop problem

I have a Red Sex Link that is between 1 and 2 years old. yesterday i picked her up and her crop felt like it had whole acorns or round stones of a similar size in it. I didn't do anything that day, and then this morning i checked her again and it felt the same. Has anyone had this happen before? Should i treat it like an impacted crop?

I've have no idea what it could be...Is she acting sick or is she eating and moving around?

she is eating and moving around just fine...feels a little under weight, but not enough that i would be concerned, it's been really cold recently
