My chicken has somthing on its chest

this has been going on for days, so my chick/chicken has a big floppy squishy thing on its chest can someone please help me figure out what it is ?!?!

(he or she is not old enough to lay as for the rest of my chickens and ducks but old enough to free roam)

Sounds like the crop.
Although it shouldn't be soft all the time.
I'm interested to know the age also.

and my chicken is about 4 months old
and he looks like a silkie but he's a bantam and he's black
