My chicken has trouble breathing

My jersey giant, Paris, is having trouble breathing. She isn’t gasping for air, but it is visible that she has trouble breathing. Is it ok for her in inhale essential oils? This is what we what to give her:

No, I wouldn’t. The oils could coat her lungs and make it worse, but that’s just my opinion. I don’t know for sure. Could she be sensitive to the heat? Many hens pant in the heat.
