My chicken hasn’t been feeling well...

Hmm... I'm nowhere near an expert on sick chickens. I just know these are questions the experts like to ask. I bet someone who knows more will check in soon with good advice.

Thank you for the help! If you know anyone, please send them my way? It’s okay if you don’t. At least now I’ve got the important questions answered. Until the next person comes around, I’ll be researching possibilities.

I would suspect that she might be suffering from a reproductive problem since she has not laid eggs in a couple of years. Some of those, are impacted oviduct, internal laying, salpingitis, egg yolk peritonitis, ascites, or cancer. Some of the common symptoms that might be seen are lethargy, decreased appetite, runny poops and vent soiling, loss of weight in the chest and muscle mass, a swollen or enlarged lower belly between legs, isolating themselves, and problems walking and preferring to sit or lie down. Here is some reading that explains some of these diseases:

I would mix some of her usual chicken feed, a tsp of plain yogurt, some cooked egg, and a lot of water to make it runny. Some people use an antibiotic, such as amoxicillin (Fish Mox online) to try to make them feel better, but if she is not walking around and not wanting to eat, she may be suffering. Then you might want to make some plans about putting her out of her. Misery if she is suffering.

If she won't eat yogurt, you can use probiotic capsules that are made for humans. You can mix that powder with anything she likes. Probiotics is usually my second course of action when I have a sick chicken, before trying antibiotics. However, if the predator attack was fairly recent, she could still be in some state of shock. At her age she should still be laying something, so what @Eggcessive said is possibly the issue.
