My chicken is lethargic

My year old wyandotte has become lethargic. Probably for about 12 hours. Not sure what is wrong. My other chicken is fine. What should I do?

There are many reasons your hen may be lethargic and providing additional info will help others help you. Especially knowing all symptoms, recent laying pattern, diet, environment, etc.
