My chicken is not moving and slightly hard of breathing. Please help

My chicken is looking rather poorly. She is very docile and her tail feathers are low. She was slightly heavy breathing. Her crop felt fine and there was no other external signs of injury. All suggestions welcome please. She is 4 years old a hybrid and called Brownie. Can anyone help please
