My chicken is pecking at her tail feathers to the point of bleeding.

I am concerned about my chicken pecking at her hind end feathers to the point of bleeding. Then I noticed other chickens peck at her as well. I cannot see any mites. She is only about 8 months old. Any ideas? They are on their regular feed, but also have been eating Feather Fixer for about a month now.

I'm wondering if she has depluming mites. They are small enough that you might not be able to see them. Perhaps treat her with permethrin???
